Beautiful views from the outdoor pool Lots of activities for kids Swimmin pools with slides are nice Comfortable big rooms Terrace access from the ground floor rooms, kids can play outdoors Good shower water pressure. Hotel was very clean even with kids running around inside outside from the swimming pool etc.

Family apartment spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast plenty of options and staff very helpful and friendly providing anything we needed for our little boy. Hotel amenities were great. Lovely views by the pool looking out onto the hills, countryside and palace of pena in the distance. Also heated indoor spa pool for the adults and a separate heated indoor kids pool for when weather a bit cooler. Nice bar/lobby area and options for lunch/ bar food when needing a quick bite if spending a day by the pool/at the hotel. Fantastic location for nearby sightseeing in Sintra, accessing local beaches and also Lisbon (we rented a car- free parking on site).

Modern de luxe hotel with style. Despite many children, hotel was very quiet. We (5adults + 1 child) stayed in a 2 rooms appartment + sofa bed in living room. Each room has 1 double bed (very comfortable) and bathroom en suite. Efficient checkin. Good restaurant. Hotel has normally 2 restaurants but only 1 was open. Very good breakfast with many food choices. Hotel with 4 swimming pools (2 outside, 2 inside), jacuzzi, spa and many places for kids (trampoline, swimming pool, tennis lessons). Many families with young children. Appartment had its own parking with direct access to appartment. Free parking

The infrastructure of the hotel is excellent. Good breakfasts and dinners. Excellent children's club - special thanks to the animators. Clean room and territory, clean pools.

We stayed here in the summer. Sorry that my review is so late. However I would like to say…We loved it here! This hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay. The man who checked us in was most helpful. All our requests, and needs were met. The family room was lovely, and the beautiful view of Sintra hills, and pool really made it for us. We couldn’t have asked for more! We had half board with breakfast and dinner. We found that there was a nice choice of food each day and we were happy with the choices offered. Would we come back? Yes please!! :)

Evening meal was not up to a standard expected. The Restaurant on the top floor was closed. Unfortunately there was a maintenance issue in the foyer/lounge of hotel when we stayed, which probably affected the catering services that were available.

It really exceed our expectations because the price was really attractive so we decided to test for the first time a 5 star hotel. The view was stunning because we can see the different castles all the time, the two outdoor swimming pool were really beautiful to just stare at. The indoor pool and SPA were amazing, the staff were really nice. Really everything was perfect and the property was so huge ! I recommend to everyone this hotel

Great for kids with loads of entertainment, great views, food was nice, room is spacious. The hotel is beautiful and although we didn't like a few things we would be happy to come back and we would recommend.

Amazing hotel. This is our 4th time at this hotel. Staff are friendly and approachable, always happy to help (in particular Delcio from the restaurant that every evening provided amazing customer service always friendly and made us feel comfortable) Dede one of the children activities staff was also great with our children and the reason why our children loved the kids club. Both Delcio and Dede are an asset to the team! Clean facilities, great outdoor and indoor pool. Great hotel for families.

It is a good hotel but I would not rate it as a 5 star.. Room was good (a bit dark I would say) breakfast had good variety and parking is free. Animation staff for kids - they are all brillinant!
